Commercial real estate brokerage in the Houston area since 1989.
My goal is to use my 22 years experience in the local real estate market to give the highest level of personal service to my clients, whether they wish to lease, purchase, sell, or rent a property.
I am a sole proprietor who is involved every step of the way, from selecting the property, to submitting the Letter of Intent, to negotiating the contract or lease, to assisting during the Due Diligence phase. I coordinate the process with the principals and their attorneys, the other parties involved in the transaction, and the title company to assure a smooth transition.
My business has grown over the years because of referrals from satisfied clients.

Brokerage of all property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and land.

Sales Agent, Gretzer-Tow & Associates, 1989 – 1994
Started my real estate career with this boutique firm, working with medical professionals in The Texas Medical Center, where we had our office. I worked with many doctors, providing tenant representation for various medical specialties, each of which has its unique office requirements. The Texas Medical Center remains the largest employer in Houston, and attracts over 50,000 employees and patients daily.

President, Gerber’s Restaurant Supply Co., Inc., June 1966 – May 1987
Distributor of food service equipment and supplies to the restaurant and catering industry.
The company was founded by my grandfather in 1933.
I also served as President of Equipment Distributors, Inc. a national buying group in this industry.  We sold the company in 1987.

1st Lieutenant, US Army, June 1964 – June 1966
Quartermaster Corps, posted to Heidelberg, Germany, which was the Army headquarters in Europe. I was the Assistant Club Manager of two officers clubs, in Heidelberg and Mannheim. The Heidelberg club was located in Patrick Henry Village and was the largest military club in Europe.

EDUCATION

Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, BS, Hotel Administration.  Member of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, ROTC.

Bellaire High School,  Houston, TX, National Honor Society, Key Club, Spanish Club
