With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and proven results to every transaction. As a native Texan, Elizabeth began her career managing and leasing properties across the state, quickly rising through the ranks with respected firms such as Smith FLP and the Mosing Group. Her deep understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management led her to executive roles, including Managing Director of Property Management and Leasing, where she oversaw multi-million-dollar portfolios.

As a Certified Property Manager for 18 years and active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Elizabeth has successfully negotiated deals on both sides of the table—landlord and tenant representation—by balancing strategic insight with a client-first mindset. Her track record includes more than $30M/Sales; $49M/Leasing; 1.406M Sq. Ft. in Leasing Volume; and $17.7M in transactional Construction Management/Tenant Improvement Buildouts; reflecting her dedication, skill, and long-standing relationships in the industry. Elizabeth is known for her attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and passion for helping others succeed through smart real estate decisions. When she is not engaging in her passion to the field, Elizabeth enjoys networking with colleagues, golfing or cherishing her time with her children and close friends.
