Greg Lerner is a dedicated commercial real estate agent who joined Gerber Realty in late 2024. Greg has spent the last three years specializing in medical, retail, office, land, and restaurant sectors. Leveraging his extensive background as the owner of South Texas Dental for 30 years, where he expanded the business to an impressive 42 locations, Greg offers a unique perspective on real estate. His hands-on experience in site selection for medical and retail centers, along with the acquisition of existing dental practices, equips him with invaluable insights into strategic planning and business growth.

A proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, Greg is deeply committed to his community. He is a family man with four children—two daughters and two sons—and a beloved golden retriever named Jax.

In his leisure time, Greg enjoys rock climbing with his daughter, playing golf, snow skiing, and swimming. He is passionate about cooking and values quality time spent with family and friends around the dinner table.
