Melissa Gerber Brams

Melissa became President of Gerber Realty in 2023 after joining her father at Gerber Realty in 2013. She spent the previous two decades working in Financial Sales & Life Insurance Planning along with Enterprise IT Sales. Melissa received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas in Austin and is a fourth generation Houstonian. Melissa’s work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment are appreciated by her clients and she is thrilled to be the second generation in her family to work in the commercial real estate industry.

Melissa leverages her past work experience, combined with her relationships and market knowledge, to provide value to her company and clientele. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Melissa’s primary focus is tenant and buyer representation in the retail, office and industrial sector, along with the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties within the greater Houston market.

Melissa is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) where she serves as the Sponsorship Committee Chair and volunteers in various community Non-profit organizations. In her free time, Melissa enjoys gardening, reading and traveling with her husband and three teenage daughters.
