Shannon Wobbe

Shannon Wobbe is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas, and joined Gerber Realty in early 2024. With a lifelong passion for real estate and a love for design and architecture, Shannon is not just a commercial real estate professional; she is a creative problem solver and visionary.

Shannon grew up in Illinois, and stayed in the Midwest for college and graduate school, where she earned a BA and MA in Economics. She spent years as an international tax consultant at Ernst & Young in Houston before leaving to assist her physician husband in opening and operating a successful medical practice in the Memorial area.

Armed with her background in economics, experience in business, and a penchant for design and creativity, Shannon went on to successfully own, lease, and sell various properties, showcasing a personal understanding of the industry. Having this personal background in commercial real estate, along with her ability to effectively understand and communicate with her clients, has contributed greatly to Shannon’s success.

When not working and attending her four children’s sporting events in Houston, you can find Shannon at her family’s ranch or staying active at the gym.
